How course access, payment and refunds behave on this site. Accurate about the software, and not yet a contract.

No terms of service have been agreed yet. The notes below describe current behaviour so nothing on this page is misleading, but they are not contractual and deliberately say nothing about liability, warranties, governing law or dispute resolution. Replace this page with your own terms before launch.
What you get
Buying a course grants your account access to that course's lessons and materials for as long as it is offered here. Access is tied to the account the purchase was made under, not to a device.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe in the currency shown at checkout. Prices include any tax Stripe calculates for your location at the time of purchase.
Refunds and chargebacks
Refunds are issued through Stripe and revoke access to the refunded course. A chargeback that is decided against us has the same effect. There is no published refund window yet — that is one of the things the real terms need to state.
Your account and the community
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; course access is for one person. Community posts are moderated, and an account can be banned from the community without affecting course access.
Course material
Lectures, slides and downloads stay the property of the people who made them. They are for your own study — not for redistribution or resale.
